I'd like to post a postive post about an experience I had recently in Fenwick Bracknell.

I had popped in on a whim as I had been feeling a bit down about my confidence and headed to Charlotte Tilbury for a bit of a pamper.

I was greeted by a petite redhead girl named Mia with a big welcoming smile on her face. She sat me down, gave me the most amazing face massage and matched me up perfectly to foundation (which is something I have always struggled getting right) and spoke to me step by step through what she was doing, why she was doing it and boosting my confidence throughout, adding products that would compliment me nicely.

You could tell that she really loved what she did, really knew a lot about the brand and makeup in general. I left purchasing a few items and she wrote the things I didn't purchase so I can remember them, So I wanted to thank her publicly and will also be letting Fenwick and Charlotte Tilbury know too. She is an absolute credit not only to the brand she represents but the store as well, give the girl a raise!

Not everybody is quick to compliment great customer service but very very quick to complain, I wanted to spread a bit of joy.
